CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-call / no-shows and/or 50% for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is also a 15 minute grace period between when your appointment starts and your arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, then your appointment is subject to either a cancellation with the 50% fee or a late fee will be added at checkout after your appointment.
